Portable Speaker

This project is intended to teach students about electronics principles, prototyping, and product design. You will make a simple amplifier circuit using the LM386 op-amp, and use that to drive a 1 Watt speaker. You’ll be able to play music through by plugging in an AUX cable connected to your phone’s headphone jack (or dongle). Once you get done with that, you can incorporate a rechargeable battery, BMS (battery management system), and enclosure for a fully portable electronics product.
